Yes. There are 50,000 foods in the database, and that should cover most of your needs. However, you can add any number of custom foods you would like, including custom recipes.
In the food-explorer click "Add New Custom Food” to create a new custom food. You can also edit a custom food you have previously created: in the food-explorer, select the custom food, and click “Edit Custom Food.”
