Yes. In the food-explorer, click “Delete foods/Measures”. You can remove foods from the list including your own custom foods, and foods that are apart of the standard database.
You can also hide entire food-groups that do not apply to you by clicking on “Manage Food Groups” in the Food-Explorer.
You can also limit visible foods only to foods that meet certain conditions, such as having 0-50% carbs content, or less than 45% fat content. For this feature, click in “Food Research” in the Food-Explorer.
You could also hide foods that contain certain words, using the “Food Research” feature. This would be good to filter out all unkosher foods, for instance, by removing foods with keywords such as “pork, ham, shellfish” and so on.
