Yes. You can transfer the entire FEDiary database to a USB Key, or shared drive, and restore that data into the other computer.  This can be done easily with the included FEDiary Backup & Restore Utility.

If your computers are on a network, you can have the software use a shared location for the database and then all the computers will be automatically and always synched– nothing to do on your part.
