Your unlock code is tied to the computer your ordered from. It is also tied to your Windows installation.
So if you change your computer, or reinstall Windows, your unlock code will be come invalid.
Please do not worry. You will not have to purchase again. Simply install the software on the new computer, or new Windows install, and email me the download serial number that appears on the first screen of the FEDiary. I will reply with an unlock code.
You have two options:
- To install from a backup source.
- To download fresh from our website.
If you download fresh from our website, and your 1-year free upgrades is still active, I will be able to send you a free unlock code. However, if your 1-year free upgrades is over, you will need to purchase an upgrade, which is discounted 50% and carries another 1 year of free upgrades.
If your 1 year free upgrades is over, and you do not want to order an upgrade, then please make sure you install the version you own from a backup source.
