First, I want you to know that I take care as much as I can to remove all errors and bugs from the software. However, the FEDiary screens and functions are deeply interconnected that sometimes when working on one part of the software, a very far unthinkable part breaks.
We do quality assurance tests before releasing the software.
But, if you run into a bug, usually a runtime error, please don’t panic. Just email us the specific runtime error description, and what actions you took that causes this error.
We will correct the problem the same day, and send you a fresh download.
It is also helpful if you can include a screenshot of the error. To get a screenshot, press the print-screen button on the upper right corner of the keyboard. It is usually written as prn-scr.
This will place a screenshot into the clipboard. Paste the screenshot into an email. If that does not work, then paste it into a word document, and email us the word document.
