This false alarm is triggered on all our setup programs including:

• Spell Check Anywhere
• Grammar Check Anywhere
• Food And Exercise Diary
• Cloud Files Manager

We are right now in contact with Trend Micro to have them resolve this false alarm.  Below you can find some emails, with valid email address of the people at Trend Micro, with whom we are in contact at the moment.  You can, if you want, send emails to these people at Trend Micro to verify all this info.

The problem is actually not with our software per say.  The false alarm is because of the program we use to package our software for delivery to the customer.  This packaging software is called Setup Factory.  It is this program that is being attacked falsely by Micro Trend.  Since we package all our software with Setup Factory, all our downloaded software get this false alarm.

Trend Micro is the only vendor constantly identifying setups build with Setup Factory as “possible Movly”. Yes, they were contacted by Indigo Rose. Repeatedly.

“We don’t touch anything with the FDA database.  We add into a separate category foods that the fda does not include such Pizza Hot, McDonalds and the like.

 

Any category can be hidden from view, so if you are not into these foods, then you can just hide them.

 

We are planning to go over the FDA database in the coming months and remove some obvious typos in the food descriptions.  There are not many typos, a few to my knowledge.  But they need correcting.

 

In no way do we change nutritional values, such as calories, protein and any of the 140 nutrients the software tracks.”

We do quality assurance tests before releasing the software. 

But, if you run into a bug, usually a runtime error, please don’t panic.  Just email us the specific runtime error description, and what actions you took that causes this error.

We will correct the problem the same day, and send you a fresh download.

It is also helpful if you can include a screenshot of the error.  To get a screenshot, press the print-screen button on the upper right corner of the keyboard.  It is usually written as prn-scr.

This will place a screenshot into the clipboard.  Paste the screenshot into an email.  If that does not work, then paste it into a word document, and email us the word document.

So if you change your computer, or reinstall Windows, your unlock code will be come invalid.

Please do not worry.  You will not have to purchase again. Simply install the software on the new computer, or new Windows install, and email me the download serial number that appears on the first screen of the FEDiary.  I will reply with an unlock code.
